Avocado & Egg Toast

Featured oil: French Herb Oilworx


  • 1 half large avocado
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon (optional)
  • 1 piece of bread, brushed in Oilworx French Herb Oil, toasted
  • 1 over easy egg
  • Topped with Everything but the Bagel seasoning
  • Light drizzle of Oilworx French Herb Oil



  • In a small bowl, mash avocado. Add salt, pepper, and squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Brush piece of bread with Oilworx French Herb Oil and toast to preference
  • Cook 1 over easy egg, or any desired egg
  • Spread avocado mash on toast, add egg, top with seasoning, and dizzle Oilworx French Herb Oil
